Accounts and Eligibility

Escrow Services
Reliable Escrow provides transaction state management, payment hold/release workflows, and dispute-support operations based on agreed transaction terms. We do not guarantee successful completion of every deal between counterparties.
Fees and Payments
Transaction fees, payment provider costs, and applicable charges are disclosed during workflow steps. You agree to pay all fees related to your use of the platform and authorize processing of such charges where applicable.
Prohibited Use
You may not use Reliable Escrow for unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, abuse of dispute systems, or transactions involving prohibited goods/services under applicable law.
Liability and Disclaimer
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliable Escrow disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from platform use, delays, or third-party service failures.
Changes to Terms
